This past Friday night found me sitting on the couch looking at my iPhone.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Hubby was on my right watching the baseball game through his eyelids.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>And Sonny was on my left reading a book about the history of the Cyclops.\u00a0 (Sissy?\u00a0 She was up in her room singing the entire soundtrack to Frozen.)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Why yes, this IS\u00a0my Friday night.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Wellllllllllcome!<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

When \u2018Ding!\u2019<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>An email about the week-end\u2019s Big Lots \u201cFriends and Family\u201d sale came through.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sonny casually looked over at my phone and homed in on the section of the electronic flyer that said, \u201c22-28% off Zero Gravity Chairs.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOh my GOSH, Mom!<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Click that to see how much they are!\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I could already tell that Sonny was calculating how much money he had in his wallet and if the zero gravity chairs are cheap enough at the sale price, then perhaps he could buy two.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>One for himself and one for his sister.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Afterall, it\u2019s no fun to ride around the neighborhood on your zero gravity chair by yourself.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Yep.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>My life on a Friday night.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Where I can predict the thoughts of a 10-year-old-boy.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Wellllllllllcome!<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

So I clicked through and it took us to a display of patio chairs.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Loungers to be exact.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Some with canopies.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Some without.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWow.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>That\u2019s really crappy.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Those are totally terrible zero gravity chairs,\u201d he said manfully after his dreams of flying-through-the-neighborhood were dashed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Hubby (who I THOUGHT was sleeping, but who actually must have been eagerly anticipating the cost outcome of the zero gravity chair research) piped in with, \u201cThat IS a terrible name.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Truth in advertising and all that.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>You\u2019re just never going to be able to live up to a name like that.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>So why name it that?\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Good point.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>And someone seems a little angrier than the situation calls for.\u00a0 Welllllllcome!<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

So in summation, Zero Gravity Chair is a terrible, terrible name.\u00a0 It means there will be no flight for us at a discounted rate.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

But you know what a GREAT name is?\u00a0 A\u00a0<\/span><\/span>name that PERFECTLY describes my Friday nights??<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
