{"id":1374,"date":"2013-05-24T07:12:55","date_gmt":"2013-05-24T13:12:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/newstayathomemom.com\/?p=1374"},"modified":"2013-05-24T07:12:55","modified_gmt":"2013-05-24T13:12:55","slug":"happy-ann-i-ver-suh-ree","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newstayathomemom.com\/?p=1374","title":{"rendered":"Happy Ann-i-ver-suh-ree!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Do you remember that Fred Flintstone episode where he inadvertently buys Wilma a stolen piano for their anniversary?\u00a0 And then the cops (who set up a sting to bust the piano-stealing-ring) end up singing &#8220;Happy Anniversary&#8221; umpteen times to the tune of &#8220;The William Tell Overture&#8221; played on the piano in Fred and Wilma&#8217;s living room?!\u00a0 Yeah.\u00a0 That episode.\u00a0 Is the song in your head yet??\u00a0 Good, because it&#8217;s in mine and I wanted to share the wealth.<\/p>\n<p>Why&#8217;s the song in my head?\u00a0 It&#8217;s my 21st wedding anniversary today.\u00a0 (I know what you&#8217;re thinking because I&#8217;m thinking the same thing, &#8220;Married 21 YEARS and she looks so YOUNG!!!\u00a0 How old IS she actually?!?&#8221;)<\/p>\n<p>Recently, a conversation about our wedding\u00a0came up with the kids and here are the top reasons my husband and I married each other (according to Sissy-age 10 and Sonny-age 9)&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Why HUBBY\u00a0married ME:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Because I&#8217;m cute (by way of explanation, my son was randomly looking at my highschool yearbook and there was a candid of me in front of some lockers.\u00a0 I was wearing a HOT 80&#8217;s outfit accompanied by a big, cheesy smile.\u00a0 Underneath the picture was the caption, &#8220;I&#8217;m cute!&#8221;)<\/li>\n<li>Because I&#8217;m pretty (hmmmm&#8230;seems awfully close to &#8220;cute&#8221; but we&#8217;ll let it go this time)<\/li>\n<li>Because I have the perfect personality for him<\/li>\n<li>Because he loves me<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Why I married HUBBY:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Because he&#8217;s cute<\/li>\n<li>Because he has the perfect personality for me<\/li>\n<li>Because I love him<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8216;Nuf said.\u00a0 Match made in Heaven!<\/p>\n<p>Happy Ann-i-ver-suh-ree!
